Seamus specializes in residential land brokerage throughout Southern California, covering Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego Counties. He focuses on infill and redevelopment sites positioned for new housing, and advises landowners, homebuilders, and developers on the acquisition and disposition of land for ground-up residential development.

Before joining The Hoffman Company, Seamus spent three and a half years on the principal side of the business, most recently as Land Acquisition Manager at Van Daele Homes, where he pursued both for-sale and for-rent residential projects. His coverage spanned Northern and Southern California, including the Bay Area, the Sacramento region, the Central Valley, and the Southern California markets he now serves as a broker.

Seamus graduated from Chapman University in 2021 with adegree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance.He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of California.
