The Hoffman Company advised landowner on market conditions over multi-year timeframe. We marketed project with “A” map approvals to home builders and generated multiple offers. Once multiple buyers were selected we provided due diligence management for seperate transactions. Ultimately 2 buyers, TriPointe and KB Home, closed on four product types 2021 ans as of Q1 2023 both are under construction.

Tom is a member of the Board of Directors of Western Community Housing (WCH) a non-profit housing provider with over 7,500 units and 12,000 residents.  Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Land Planning from the University of Southern California and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both California and Nevada.

Norman Scheel joined The Hoffman Company in 1989 and remains one of the firm's top brokers with total closings in excess of $2.5 billion. Mr. Scheel acquired the firm in 2005 from founder Byron Hoffman and is currently co-owner with partner Tom Dallape. As President of The Hoffman Company, Mr. Scheel has led the firms' expansion by opening offices in Nevada and Northern California.

Mr. Scheel has been a panelist and guest speaker at numerous real estate conferences throughout California.

Mr. Scheel has served on the Board of Directors for United Cerebral Palsy and is currently on the Advisory Board for the University of La Verne College of Business and Public Management.
