The Hoffman Company sold original unentitled site to a Inland Empire land developer 2018. After the closing we assisted the land developer with the entitlement process including conducting the presentations to Planning Commission and City Council. We re-marketed the project with a proposed sale at entitlement to home builders and multiple offers were generated. The buyer was selected prior to approval of TTM by City Council and Hoffman provided the due diligence management. The project was fully entitled and approved in Q-4 of 2021 resulting in a closing with DR Horton who is under construction with grading beginning in 2023.
