Since 2005, Justin has successfully transacted in excess of 20,000 lots, 1 million square feet of commercial space, and over 8,000 acres of land. His expertise centers on the acquisition and disposition of properties for ground-up residential development, with a particular focus on infill redevelopment opportunities.
Justin provides strategic advisory to landowners, developers, builders, investors, and financial institutions, including guidance on complex transactions such as specialty-use properties, infill assemblages, pooled debt portfolio transactions, and high-end luxury residential land.
He is active across LosAngeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Ventura Counties.
Justin has been a consistent top producer at The Hoffman Company, including being recognized as Top Producer in 2017 and 2020 for generating the highest grossing commissions among all brokers.
He is an Eagle Scout and a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California.

Graham Gilles has specialized in residential and commercial land sales in both the Inland Empire and Urban Infill markets for over 20 years. Graham is regarding as one of the leading land brokers and prides himself on getting the best results for his clients. His areas of expertise are in providing expert brokerage services, property valuations, research and market data, client relations and managing transaction to their successful conclusions.
Prior to joining the Hoffman Company Mr. Gilles was a Financial Analyst at Highpointe Communities from 1995 to 2000. During his tenure he was also involved in the processing of in excess of 5,000 lots and over 500 apartment units. This past experience brings a unique skill set to the brokerage side of the business.
Graham attended UCLA and was a member of the men’s tennis team. He also completed the Light Construction and Development Management Certificate Program (LCDM) at UCI.
