Mr. Giannini joined The Hoffman Company in 2010 as a land broker specializing in land acquisition/disposition for the Coastal (Los Angeles/Orange County infill) and Inland Empire regions. Prior to joining The Hoffman Company, he was Vice President of Land Acquisition for SunCal Companies. He is also a former City Planner. Throughout his career, he has led the acquisition and/or disposition of real property totaling more than $1 Billion in value.

Mr. Giannini has been instrumental in expanding The Hoffman Company's reach into the urban infill submarkets of Los Angeles and Orange Counties. He is well versed in both single-family and multi-family (for-sale or for-rent) product types and is experienced in managing all facets of the acquisition/disposition process, including market & financial analysis, offer & negotiation, due diligence, and title/escrow.
