Mr. Foster joined the Hoffman Company in May of 2014 as a tower broker specializing in representing sellers of broadcast and wireless tower sites throughout the United States. Zach excels at identifying and evaluating properties with great market positions, solid cash flow and future growth potential. Mr. Foster’s services include deal sourcing, marketing, financial valuation, due diligence support and contract negotiation.
Additionally, Zach is a land broker focusing on urban infill development opportunities throughout the Southern California coastal markets. Zach has quickly found success having marketed and sold numerous projects to the homebuilding community.
Prior to joining The Hoffman Company, Zach was Director of Acquisitions for Richland Towers. Mr. Foster was responsible for growing Richland’s portfolio by adding sites in new markets and strengthening their presence in existing locations. Throughout his career, Zach has developed relationships with key decision-makers throughout the broadcast and wireless industries giving Zach experience in both large portfolio sales and single asset transactions. Having helped facilitate tower sales as both a buyer and a seller, Zach understands what it takes for a seamless transaction for both sides.
