His primary duties include sourcing of multi-family and single family detached subdivision sites for developers and investors. Mr. Gallagher also provides valuation, and due diligence services to his clients relying on his 30 years experience in the Southern California land market.

Jim and his lovely wife Lorraine reside in San Clemente, CA and have two grown daughters.
