Mr. Christianson joined The Hoffman Company in 2004 as a land broker specializing in residential and commercial land acquisition/disposition in the Coachella Valley and Imperial County markets. Mr. Christianson provides brokerage and property valuation services to land owners, investors, developers, and homebuilders. His primary duties included deal sourcing, marketing, financial valuation, due diligence support and contract negotiation.

Mr. Christianson has been directly responsible for expanding The Hoffman Company’s market share substantially in the Coachella Valley region. He has become one of the leading brokers there by closing over 150 transactions in that submarket alone over the last 18 years. In both years of 2021 & 2022, Mr. Christianson was awarded the “Top Producer” at the firm, by closing 30 & 20 land transactions respectively each year.
