  • Byron Hoffman began his Real Estate career in 1968 as Executive Vice President and head of land brokerage with the La Costa Masterplan Development in Carlsbad, California.
  • His six years in that position contributed to the tremendous success and international recognition of that famed development.
  • From there the natural transition was to provide land brokerage to developers in all of Southern California. That led to the creation of The Hoffman Company.
  • Today, he continues to lead a team of dedicated, talented and highly skilled professionals who are thoroughly immersed in the complexities of the Southern California land market from Ventura County to San Diego County.
