Mrs. Bockhorst has specialized in brokering residential and commercial land sales since 2012. She has represented a variety of property-owners, investors, builders, and developers throughout the Inland Empire and the Greater Los Angeles Markets. Her primary duties consist of deal sourcing, property valuation, and contract negotiation.

Sarah’s background begins in Southwest Riverside. She comes from one of the original pioneering families who farmed much of the Menifee/Perris area. Over the years, those farms turned into land sales and later into developments. This background has provided Sarah with invaluable knowledge and experience of the area. She has relationships with local landowners, and key political figures throughout Riverside County. She has managed much of her families’ assets, including residential, commercial and industrial developments.

Prior to becoming a full time Land Broker, Mrs. Bockhorst designed, developed and implemented a family Classic Car Museum/Events Venue, which incorporates the history of the surrounding valley. Sarah built it from the ground up and is profitable today. She is still very much involved in the Museum, and is recognized as one of the go-to Historians within the Southwest Riverside region.
