Since 2005, Mr. Esayian has specialized in representing sellers of residential, multi-family and commercial land holdings throughout Southern California’s Coastal and Inland Markets. His experience and expertise facilitates transactions maximizing land sellers’ values on some of the most complex development projects in Southern California. Furthermore, Mr. Esayian’s experience includes providing strategic guidance to clients on distressed CFD acquisitions, large note portfolio transactions, challenging infill assemblages, and high-end luxury land transactions.

In 2017, Mr. Esayian was named the, “Top Producer,” at the firm, having generated the highest grossing commissions among all brokers at the firm.

Mr. Esayian has successfully transacted in excess of 12,000 lots and over 6,000 acres. His experience structuring complicated acquisitions ensures sellers monetize the full value their assets, while actively engaging buyers to close escrow as originally contracted. His clients span the spectrum of real estate investors; they include national institutional buyers, private regional merchant builders, financial institutions, high net worth individuals and family trusts.
